IITs Disclose JEE Cutoffs For The First Time In The History

For the first time in the history, IITs have disclosed the JEE cutoff marks for admission to IITs.

 

Heres the list of cutoff marks for each subject (Physics, Chemistry and Maths)

General: 10% (14 marks out of 136)

OBCs: 9% (13 marks out of 136)

SC, ST and PDs: 5% (7 marks out of 136)

 

While aggregate cutoff marks (total of Physics, Chemistry and Maths) are as follows:

General: 35% (143 out of 408)

OBC: 31.5% (129 out of 408)

SC, ST and PDs: 17.5% (72 out of 408)

 

Over 5.6 lakh students appeared for the IIT-JEE on Sunday, April 8th, 2012.
